Delete your Beacon Reach data

You can remove your data at any time. Here is how.

Inside the app

Delete everything: open Settings, scroll to Account, and tap Delete my account and data. This removes your account and everything in it.
Disconnect one platform: open Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect on that platform. This deletes its login tokens and stops all posting to it.
Delete one post: open the post and delete it. This deletes its video from our server.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot open the app, email advancedspecialties@outlook.com and include the name shown in your Beacon Reach settings. We delete your videos, schedule and login tokens within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

From the platforms

You can also remove Beacon Reach's access yourself: in TikTok under Security and permissions, in Instagram and Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites, and in your Google Account under Security, Third-party access.
