Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
By creating an account or using Beacon Reach you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must give us accurate information.
Your content
You may only upload content you own or have the rights to post, including any music in it. You keep ownership of your content. You give Beacon Reach permission to store it and to send it to the platforms you choose, only so we can provide the service you asked for.
Your approval
You review and approve every post before Beacon Reach publishes it. For apps that are not connected, you post yourself using your phone's share sheet.
Platform rules
You must follow the rules of each platform you use, including their community guidelines, content and disclosure rules and copyright policies. Platforms can change or limit what apps are allowed to do, and Beacon Reach cannot guarantee that a post will publish or how it will perform.
Acceptable use
Do not use Beacon Reach to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to harass others, to spam, or to break the rules of the platforms you connect.
Third-party services
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other services are run by their owners under their own terms. Beacon Reach is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. AI apps you open from Beacon Reach are also separate services governed by their own terms.
Ending your use
You can disconnect any platform, delete your account and data, or stop using Beacon Reach at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Beacon Reach running, but it is provided "as is" without promises of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Beacon Reach and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost posts, views, followers or revenue, arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
