Link the accounts you use
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube each show their connection status in Settings. Connect with the platform's own sign-in page, and disconnect any time. Beacon Reach never sees your platform password.

Rules guide
Know the limits before you hit post
The Platform rules guide lists what each platform allows: video length, file size, caption and hashtag limits, daily post caps and how scheduling works. Beacon Reach checks your post against these and tells you what to fix.
- TikTok: up to about 15 posts a day, captions up to 2,200 characters
- Instagram Reels: 3 seconds to 15 minutes, up to 30 hashtags
- Facebook Page Reels: 3 to 90 seconds
- YouTube Shorts: up to 3 minutes, titles up to 100 characters
